My Experience
My Experience
One thing that stands out for my as I reflect on my own leadership journey, is how different each new leadership situation is.
The world is highly dynamic. Teams must learn to interact successfully within this dynamic environment.
As much as we'd all love to believe that we've got it figured out, the truth is we must always be learning.
My experience reflects a lifetime of learning, including big successes and lots of failures.
Through professional work in over fifty countries, and leadership roles in business, government, and civil society, I've learned a lot.
My goal with coaching is to combine top quality training with this learning in service of your success in this dynamic world.
